Customer Service

Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Ideal candidates have a high attention to detail, ability to operate in a task-oriented manner, and a 'get-it-done' demeanor. Team members are responsible for assisting customer by phone, email, text message, and in person by fielding questions and scheduling reservations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in scheduling/modifying appointments

  • Explain services, pricing, and answer other questions for prospective and existing clients

  • Timely communication with individuals through email, phone, sms, and social media channels.

  • Updating pet records in our systems as needed

  • Checking in/out of clients' pets from utilize services

  • Taking payment for services
